1. Free eligibility pre-screen (90 seconds)

Before you pay anything, a short questionnaire checks the things that can be checked up front: that you’re a Canadian resident, of legal age in your province, and clear of the specific cannabis-production convictions that would bar a personal-production registration. If you grow outdoors, you confirm your site isn’t next to a school, playground, daycare, or other place used mainly by under-18s.

If you don’t meet these baseline requirements, we tell you right away — no payment, no time wasted. This pre-screen confirms you can proceed; it is not an approval. Whether cannabis is right for you is a clinical decision made by a practitioner at the consultation.

2. Consultation with a licensed practitioner

You meet a licensed Canadian healthcare practitioner for a private, 15-minute video consultation. They review your situation and, if cannabis is medically appropriate, issue a medical document that states your daily quantity and how long it’s valid. This is a genuine clinical assessment — not a rubber stamp, and never a guaranteed outcome.

3. We prepare your Health Canada package

With your medical document in hand, we complete your personal-production registration precisely: your details, production and storage site, plant count calculated from Health Canada’s official table, and the required declarations. We aim for a reasonable, defensible amount — the kind that withstands the scrutiny Health Canada is applying in 2026 — rather than the inflated counts that get registrations refused or revoked.

You review everything before anything is signed or sent. You remain the applicant throughout — we prepare and assist; we don’t file on your behalf or speak for you.

4. Submit and grow

You mail your original medical document and completed package to Health Canada. Their review runs on a service standard of roughly eight weeks, though times vary. Once your registration certificate arrives, you can legally grow at home. We track your file in your portal the whole way, and we open your renewal well before expiry so your right to grow never lapses.

What we handle vs. what you do

  • We handle: eligibility pre-screen, matching you with a practitioner, preparing your forms accurately, reviewing for compliance, and tracking your file.
  • You do: attend the consultation, review and sign your package, and mail the original documents to Health Canada.
  • Health Canada does: assess your application and decide whether to register you. That decision is theirs alone.

Eligibility takes ninety seconds.

No payment to find out. Transparent, tiered pricing should you choose to proceed.
