What we offer
We’re an accompaniment service for the ACMPR personal-production licence. We prepare and assist — accurately and compliantly — while you remain the applicant and Health Canada makes the decision. We are not a guarantee-shop, and we don’t file on your behalf.
Eligibility pre-screen — free
A 90-second questionnaire that confirms, before you pay anything, that you meet the baseline requirements (residency, age, and the specific cannabis-production convictions that would bar a registration). If you’re categorically ineligible, we tell you immediately. This is a pre-screen, not an approval.
Consultation with a licensed practitioner
We match you with a licensed Canadian healthcare practitioner for a private 15-minute video consultation. If cannabis is medically appropriate, they issue your medical document. The clinical decision is theirs — a genuine assessment, never a guaranteed outcome.
Accurate package preparation
We complete your Health Canada personal-production registration precisely: applicant details, production and storage site, plant count from Health Canada’s official table, and the required declarations. We aim for a reasonable, defensible amount built to withstand 2026 scrutiny — not the inflated counts that get registrations refused or revoked. You review everything before it’s signed or sent.
Compliance review
Before you submit, we check your package against Health Canada’s requirements so it’s complete and consistent — the kind of careful documentation that avoids the back-and-forth and the refusals others run into.
Live tracking + renewals
You follow your file’s status in your private portal from payment through to your registration certificate. We open your renewal well before expiry — which requires a fresh medical document — so your right to grow never lapses.
Privacy by design
Your information and documents are encrypted and stored in Canada, under Loi 25 and PIPEDA. We collect identity and health-card details only after payment, when they’re actually needed to prepare your filing.
What we don’t do
- We don’t guarantee approval — Health Canada decides.
- We don’t offer a possession-only / buy-from-a-producer service — we focus on the grow licence.
- We don’t file as your representative — you remain the applicant and Health Canada deals directly with you.
