Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of ACMPR.ca and our services. By using the site or purchasing a service, you agree to them. Please read the legal disclaimer and privacy policy as well.

1. Who we are and what we do
ACMPR.ca is an accompaniment service that helps individuals prepare and submit a personal-production registration to Health Canada under Part 14 of the Cannabis Regulations. We prepare and assist; we do not file on your behalf, and we do not act as your legal representative. You remain the applicant, and Health Canada corresponds directly with you.
2. No guarantee of approval
We do not and cannot guarantee that Health Canada will approve your registration, or that a practitioner will authorize cannabis for you. The clinical decision is made independently by a licensed healthcare practitioner, and the registration decision is made solely by Health Canada. Our fee is for the service we provide — eligibility pre-screening, facilitating the consultation, and preparing and reviewing your documentation — not for any particular outcome.
3. Eligibility pre-screen
Before payment, we provide a free questionnaire that screens baseline eligibility (residency, age, and certain cannabis-production convictions). This is a self-reported pre-screen to determine whether you may proceed; it is not a determination of medical eligibility or an approval. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
4. Fees, payment and no refunds
Our fees are shown before you commit. Because our service is delivered through the consultation and the preparation of your documentation, fees are non-refundable once the service has been provided, including where a practitioner declines to authorize cannabis or where Health Canada refuses, requests more information about, or revokes a registration. Those decisions are made by third parties and are outside our control.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and truthful information.
- Attend your scheduled consultation.
- Review your documentation and sign it yourself.
- Mail the original required documents to Health Canada.
- Comply with all conditions of any registration you receive, including plant and possession limits and site requirements.
6. Medical and legal information
Information on this site is for general informational purposes only and is not medical or legal advice. It does not create a practitioner-patient or lawyer-client relationship. Always rely on your own practitioner and, where appropriate, independent legal advice.
7. Privacy
We handle your personal and health information in accordance with our privacy policy, Québec’s Law 25 and PIPEDA. Your data and documents are encrypted and stored in Canada.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACMPR.ca is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions made by practitioners or Health Canada. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
